Our products are top
quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just
aren't happy with something you purchase. We want you to be satisfied with your
purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order within 3 days of
delivery, return the unused product and we'll refund your purchase price
Shipping charges are not refundable. Items will not be accepted for
refund past 30 days from delivery.
We calculate shipping cost for each
shipping method based on the weight, type and quantity of items in your order.
RETURN AN ITEM

All merchandise; except for non-returnable items purchased from
www.toprivergear.com may be returned within 30 days of receiving it, unless
otherwise noted below.
Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped,
with ALL original materials, instructions and packing. All returns must be
Complete and in Factory Packaging. Do NOT discard any packaging until you are
completely satisfied with the products in your order. The product box must be
in brand-new condition. All items must be returned in the shipping box they
arrived in. Used items, are NOT accepted for return. Items with the tags
removed are considered used. No credit will be given for damaged returns. No
Returns are allowed if box or contents are missing or damaged. Products missing
UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable, are
non-refundable, and will be rejected.
What items are non-returnable?
We cannot accept for
return the following items unless defective:
DVD's once opened, Clothing
that has been worn or washed. All products must have original packaging
My item is defective - well you replace it?
the right to replace defective items with the same or similar item only, within
30 days from the shipment date. Defective replacements are shipped via Standard
Ground shipping. Other shipping methods are available at additional cost.
Note that a 15% restock fee will be applied on all refunds.
For all payment methods we will issue an immediate credit to the
original payment method or provide a store credit for the cost of the item and
the sales tax, if applicable.
Here are the exceptions to our
general Returns Policy:
Some heavy or large items that are
identified as oversize may be returned by freight shipping. Under some
circumstances, you may be charged for return shipping.
If there is an error on "our
part" related to your order, we will issue a credit for any applicable return
